Consultation Booking Fees

Payments made for confirmed appointments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may be eligible for rescheduling.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

Refunds may not be provided for:

Missed appointments without prior notice.

Failure to attend the scheduled consultation.

Incorrect information provided during booking.

If payment is deducted but the appointment is not confirmed due to a technical issue, users should contact us for assistance and verification.
